Shilpa Bala is an Indian actress and YouTuber. She made her acting debut in the Malayalam film Orkkuka Vallappozhum which was released in the year 2009. Currently, she runs a lifestyle-based YouTube channel Yours Truly Shilpa Bala. She also hosted Zee Keralam’s television show Dance Kerala Dance (2019). Shilpa is a trained classical dancer who began to dance at the age of 4. She is widely popular for hosting Comedy Express in Asianet.

Shilpa has over 134k subscribers (As of 2022) in YouTube. She is a former Radio Jockey. Shilpa is occassionally doing paid promotions on Instagram where she has 177k followers. Controversy: In September 2021, Shilpa Bala and her friends released a dance video on the Internet and it went viral. In that, Shilpa’s chubby friend Sayanora Philip appears by wearing low shorts which made her lock into body shaming for some short-minded people. Shilpa strongly criticized those who trolled her best friend.
