He became an internet sensation after his resignation announcement from Managing Director in Bharatpe. Ashneer Grover said that he was vilified and treated in a disrespectful manner by the investors that made him resign from the firm.

His family members and wife Madhuri Jain Grover were also dragged into the board. Ashneer Grover is one of the judging panel members of Shark Tank India.
