Venkatesh is a renowned celebrity chef who has worked along with a few of the biggest brands in the hospitality industry. Even though Venkatesh Bhat is a pure vegetarian, he is good at cooking Non-Vegetarian as well. He is also a Television celebrity who hosts programs like Samayal Samayal and Cook With Comali (Season 1, 2, and 3).

Venkatesh Bhat hails from Udupi – Mangalore belt. He is a TV show presenter, a Chef, and the CEO of Accord hotels and resorts. Venkatesh Bhat did his catering course at Asan Memorial and obtained graduation from Cornell University. He then completed his Major in the fields of General Management at Nanyang University located in Singapore. Bhat initially joined as a Chef at Hotel Chola Sheraton in the year 1994. After two years, He moved to Taj Coromandel as a Management trainee in hotel operations and Kitchen Management.

Bhat was then promoted to Sous Chef in the year 1998. In the year 2001, Venkatesh Bhat moved to Hotel Leela Palace which is located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India as an Executive Sous Chef. 3 years later, He was promoted to Corporate Chef in the year 2004. Bhat then quit his corporate life to become an Entrepreneur and he launched various brands and restaurants which include South Indies, Up South, and Bon South. Venkatesh Bhat then joined Accord Metropolitan, Accord Pondicherry, and Highland Hotel in Ooty. He is the CEO of the Accord Hotels and Resorts.

Venkatesh Bhat has also appeared in Television Shows hosted by Vijay TV. He is one of the three judges for the cooking reality show “Kitchen Superstars” which was telecasted in Vijay TV. He is also a presenter of Vijay TV’s Samayal Samayal Cooking Show.
