New Scream Movie Character Posters with Main Cast
Paramount Pictures released a quartet of posters of the new scream, each featuring a recurring character from previous films, and each with the tagline “It’s always someone you know.” Three of the images feature unmasked heroes, and the fourth is the Ghostface assassin, who returns in scream. The film is the fifth in a franchise that started in 1996, but if Halloween recently, it reverts to its original name, with no number or subtitle, to signify that this is the beginning of a new generation… shout 4 discontinued in 2011.

Directed by Matt Bettinelli-Olpin & Tyler Gillett, scream opens in theaters on January 14.
